You’re not alone. The Balance Nook offers a calm space to begin your healing journey.
This is your home studio for mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. It’s a supportive space to move gently, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Where you can either practice live with us online or at your own time.
Classes are designed to help you release tension, find ease in your body, and create moments of calm in your day. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced, just be open to moving and breathing in a way that feels good for you.
Here, healing isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about taking small, consistent steps towards feeling more grounded, peaceful, and at home in your body.

How to work with me
I have been attending Kelly’s yoga class for over a year. Having never attempted yoga previously Kelly has made me feel at ease. Her calm, professional demeanor has enabled me to confidently participate and have benefitted with physical improvement.
I love attending Balance With Kel! I wanted to start doing something good for myself physically and mentally. Even if I’m feeling tired I still attend a yoga session as I know I’ll feel good afterward. Kel verbally guides you through all movements in detail offering various choice of stretches according to your ability and she makes everyone feel welcome. Yoga has always been a mystery to me and I thought it was only for a unique set of people but now I’m so glad I started learning as it’s something I can do at home or when away. We all deserve a little time in our day to focus on ourselves.
Kelly is an excellent teacher. In a welcoming atmosphere, with a lovely group of people. Kelly explains and demonstrates very well. You don’t feel under any pressure to do the pose if you think it may be difficult for you. It’s so wonderfully relaxing and helped teach me to regulate my breathing. I’m much more flexible now. Highly Recommended
